An intense, technical and highly effective one on one session of basketball training working on all elements of the game with a strong focus on offense, defense, shooting, ball handling, footwork and movement. A combination of traditional and custom drills makes for an original session pushing athletes to and past their limits. Players can also chose to improve areas of their choice pin pointing certain skills that are already a staple of their game or a skill they would like to add.
Elite athletes or players entering that threshold will be introduced to our Pro Series approach to training.
Private Training: 1 hour session

A great opportunity to train with friends, team-mates or siblings in a competitive semi-private atmosphere.
Sessions consists of no more than 6 players per group and the small number ensures that each player still receives quality training and instruction. Athletes will not only develop their individual skills but learn many offensive and defensive team concepts such as pick and roll, defending and using ball screens, on ball and help defense.
The semi-private model offers players an alternative to a camp setting still allowing them to learn and be competitive.
Semi Private Training works best when players are similar age and skill level.
We do not create partner or semi private groups. Players are responsible for organizing and bringing in their own group.
Semi-Private Training: 1 hour session
3-6 players: $56.50 per player
Partner Training: 1 hour session
2 players: $73.45 per player
Let The Performance Factory handle your team training sessions and practices. Whether at your gym or home at our facility, our sessions will help coaches with their practice plans and ideas, as well as provide a competitive skill session targeting areas of your choice.
It will allow players to develop team fundamentals such as, using and defending screens, moving without the ball, help defense and offensive and defensive transition. Players are also broken down into stations training individual skills and allotted time to get high reps in a certain discipline. Not only is it a great way to get extra training working with players you are familiar with, it will help teams continue skill work during a busy season or promising off season. Adding competitive games, whether it’s 3 on 3 or 5 on 5, will also help players in game situations.
This is definitely a good option, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced coach.
